Are you looking for a guided retreat for your staff and catechists?
Mercy Center offers 2025 parish and school staff retreat programing. Our school and parish retreat programs include time for prayer, meaningful reflection, lunch, sharing, and team building. If available, participants can join the Sisters of Mercy’s mass at the convent chapel.
Our team will organize your retreat, all you need to do is pick a date and retreat theme!

A typical day retreat is from 9 am to 3 pm, unless the group chooses to include an overnight stay.

$50 per person; includes lunch & facilitator stipend.

Anyone 18+ years and older.

Yes! We encourage staff to stay overnight as it helps build community and provides an evening of rest and prayer. Our center can accommodate up to 40 individuals overnight.

Our small and large rooms can accommodate various sizes of groups. Typically, staff retreats vary from 15 to 125 individuals.

A team of experienced retreat facilitators who have worked in parish and school settings lead our retreats.
